Today is the ninth and last Thursday of devotion to St George.
Novena Mass is celebrated at 7.00pm with the participation of the Piccole Stelle Choir under the direction of Sylvana Attard and animated by the students of the music school of La Stella Band Club. Celebration led by Archpriest Mgr Joseph Curmi. Spiritual reflection delivered by Deacon Samuel Aquilina.
At 8.00pm triumphal march from St George’s Square to Republic Street with the statue of St George sculpted by Wistin Camilleri with the participation of the La Stella Band.
