Call to join our parish’s fraternities

This is an appeal addressed to male members of our Parish to join its fraternities.

We are currently renewing the fraternities associated with our Parish. The purpose is to rediscover the noble aims that inspired their establishment and reflect on their purpose in the modern world.

Fraternities were originally established to support the Church in some service. It is interesting to note that as early as the 17th century the church of St George had a fraternity that looked after the burial of those who otherwise had no one to do this task.

We urge you to contact the Parish Office and join these Fraternities.
