The nine days preceding the Festa Week are a priviliged time of catechesis fro the whole parish community, with formation about the saint and his example of Christian life.
The chosen theme this year is Minn Kwadri Ġorġjani, drawing messages from various famous paintings of the saint spread around the continent. Mass at 7.00pm is led by Archpriest Joseph Curmi, and each celebration is followed by fun activities for children at St George’s Square.
